A healthy great-tasting fresh fruit yogurt smoothie
2 medium bananas, peeled, cut up and frozen
1 cup fresh or unsweetened frozen strawberries
Fresh strawberries (optional)
1 cup orange juice
1 cup plain fat-free yogurt
6 to 8 ice cubes
In a blender, combine bananas, 1 cup strawberries, juice and yogurt. Cover; blend until pureed.
With blender running, add ice one cube at a time through feed tube, until desired consistency. You may garnish it with strawberries. Serves 3 or 4.
