A delicious, healthy, and figure-friendly Strawberry Low-Fat Yogurt Smoothie
1/2 cup low-fat strawberry yogurt
1/2 cup fresh strawberries
2/3 cup skim milk
1 medium bananan
1/2 cup low-fat multigrain cereal
honey, cereals and fruits
In a blender, 1/2 cup low-fat strawberry yogurt, 2/3 cup skim milk, 1/2 cup fresh strawberries and 1 medium banana; blend until smooth.
Add 1/2 cup low-fat multi-grain cereal and blend for 5 seconds. Add honey to sweeten, if desired.
Garnish your smoothie with cereal or fruit, or both! Makes 2 servings
Plain cereals are relatively low in calories but serving it with ingredients like whole milk can more than double the calorie content of cereals.
