• Cherry Yogurt Smoothie

    1/4 cup plain yogurt
    1 cup cherries, frozen
    1 banana
    1/2 teaspoon stevia
    4 ice cubes
    3/4 cup water

    Add water, yogurt, cherries, banana, ice, and stevia into the blender in that order. Blend until smooth. Serves 1-2.

    Cherries are rich in melatonin said to destroy "free radicals" which are toxins believed to cause or worsen diseases. Cherries may lower uric acid levels when consumed daily.
